Danny has over 12+ years creating customer focused experiences across digital platforms. He's worked for both agency and client side, with experience covering a broad range of developments in ecommerce, from the travel sector and more recently to retail with John Lewis.

In his talk Danny will talk about embedding the customer into everything he does. The major battleground in retail is not just the old staples of price or availability, but creating a differentiating experience. The challenges however can often be factors beyond a UX designer's control such as budget, scope, buy-in, or even the overall proposition.
