Akshata started her career in the banking sector working for Standard Chartered bank in India. She moved to the UK to study for her MBA.

It's fair to say Akshata has a well-rounded view of New Look having worked in their logistics, customer service & website operations division, before transitioning into the world of data. Akshata is very passionate about data and has been working in the digital analytics & optimisation field for the last 7 years. It's lovely to hear that she "absolutely loves" her job.
