WHAT TO EXPECT

Today's customers are more demanding than ever. In this DigiBix our speakers will explore how to create customer experiences online. How do you make experiences personal, seamless and fun for the customer? Why is this so important? And what trends are we seeing in this area?

We've invited retail giants John Lewis and New Look to share their experiences. DigiBix is peer-to-peer and we operate a 'no sales people or presentations' policy, so you know you'll hear honest and open talks, sharing real-life examples, advice, headaches, and most importantly, solutions.

We will also be holding an 'open forum' so you'll have the chance to put your questions directly to the panel and to each other.
