WHAT TO EXPECT

In this DigiBix we'll discuss User Experience. We have large, household-name retailers sharing their wisdom on how to deliver a seamless user experience. They'll offer advice on analysing your current user experience, how you can improve your customer's experience on a budget and how you could be missing out if your stores and your ecommerce site aren't connecting. Ashley Friedlein, founder of leading ecommerce publication, Econsultancy, will also give an overview of who is currently getting UX right and what customers will expect in the future.
