In this DigiBix, we'll discuss the omnichannel experience, inviting big brands to share their wisdom on delivering a seamless brand experience across multiple channels from search right through to fulfillment. 

What are the logistical and cost implications of perfecting the omnichannel experience and what emerging technologies can help? We'll discuss measures brands are taking to remove friction to purchase making it as convenient as possible for the customer, while still ensuring a return on investment.

9:00 – 9:15 AM – Arrive, network & breakfast

9:20 – 9:40 AM–  Arif Harbott, Chief Digital Officer, Booker Group PLC 

In his talk Arif will encourage you to ask "is my company really customer-focused?" Arif believes passionately that understanding is the most important metric in any business and listening to and engaging with your customers is key to success. 


9:40 – 10:00 AM – Rob Smith, Managing Director, Blueleaf

Rob will delve into the world of in-store technology and encourage you to think about the questions you should ask yourself before you take on your own in-store projects. 


10:00 – 10:15 AM – Break, biscuits & coffee

More time to chat to peers, make new connections and continue the conversations you started earlier. We'll provide more tea and coffee along with a selection of sweet treats, including the hotel's speciality brownies, which trust us, are to die for.


10:15 – 10:35 AM – Emily Bendell, Founder and CEO, Bluebella

Bluebella is a multi-award- winning lingerie brand specialising in luxurious, provocative lingerie that is also affordable and accessible. In her talk, Emily will share her experiences as CEO of this ambitious brand. She will discuss their success and honestly address some of the headaches she's suffered and overcome.
