WHAT TO EXPECT

The session will focus on content and commerce. We'll hear from international ecommerce brands about the decisions they've made regarding content on their website. They'll explore why they've made the decisions they have and how they balance rich and plentiful content with easily accessible products and quick routes to sales.

A recent Drapers report discovered that 28% of 18 to 24-year-olds are likely to buy online as a result of editorial content. We'll look at how content can enhance sales or if done wrong, can distract customers from their journey to checkout. We'll also see if specific industries or customer demographics are seeing greater benefits from content-lead websites than others.

Are fashion retailers seeing an influx of content motivated customers? Does this vary from luxury labels to more budget-friendly offerings ? Do content styles vary when selling globally? Are some countries yet to catch up with the trends we're seeing in the UK?

Finally, we'll look at how you measure what content on your website and in your social media is working. Do you know how the decisions you've made about content are impacting your ecommerce sales?

If you would like to hear more about this event then please get in touch via our contact page and Kate will get back to you asap.
